Wars and battles had always seemed common place in the mortal world. Demeter had never been a fan of them. Far to much death and sadness followed for her liking. The Gods were almost always involved in some way with these though, what with so many mortals petitioning for their favor and an edge. Luckily, being a Goddess of the harvest meant Demeter wasn't normally pulled into those kind of things. Her fellow gods and goddesses usually weren't so lucky. Not even her fellow triad member, Dionysus. Being a son of Zeus had its pull, even though he was a god of wine and merriment. A mere sister however...not so much usually. Which she didn't mind in the slightest, really.
She wandered the land, appearing and disappearing randomly as she wandered aimlessly. It was one of those days where she was unsure of what she wanted to do. She could go visit Olympus...but she often felt happier down here among the mortals. She wandered about her various temples, brushing past a few women seeking help having children without them knowing. They'd soon find their prayers answered by that simple touch, but it was nothing she needed to make her presence known for. Once she had finished at her temples she thought she'd drop by and visit her nephew and possibly his wife. She hadn't really been able to converse with this new goddess just yet, but if Dio liked her that much she couldn't be all that bad.
She appeared subtly in the inner parts of the temple where normal mortals weren't allowed, hoping to run into them. “Diooooooooo......you're favorite aunt has run out of her stash of wine.” she called out in a light and joking manner.
